This year has been a non-stage year and it has been needed! We have needed by-laws, and Producer Gerry Cunningham was a big help here--providing us with a model of by-laws from the Canadian Theatre Company. By-laws are tricky things. They are cloaked in legalities (how your organization) will run and they are needed as we move to incorporation.
Incorporation is a must as they put us in the pivotal position to seek funding and BUILD-BUILD-BUILD!
